What would a typical work week look like in this role ?
1. Paid advertising: You will be setting up new paid campaigns across SEM, and Social. You will optimize the existing campaigns by minutely analyzing the metrics and actioning changes such as:
a. Adding/removing keywords
b. Lowering/increasing the campaign bids
c. Refreshing ad-copies/ content
d. Revisit landing pages and optimize them to improve results
e. Leveraging and experimenting with the various ad formats offered by respective platforms
2. Social media: Support in building and driving ambitious follower growth and engagement for company's social media channel by:
a. Posting regular social media posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube with the relevant hashtags to garner maximum engagement.
b. Tap into different creative formats offered by respective social platforms.
2. Reporting: At the last week of the month, you will produce monthly reports for all digital marketing efforts (paid, social channels (organic), website, and Salesforce CRM) containing a complete description of monthly activity, helpful advice and recommendations, and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics agreed on.
3. Other areas: As a lean and agile team, we will require you to support various pillars within the Marketing team by researching specific topics or brainstorming ideas or planning/executing something completely new.
What you should bring:
1. Have a digital-first approach towards all campaigns.
2. Be a subject matter expert in SEM.
3. Carry an up-to-date working knowledge of major social media channels, mainly LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
4. Critical thinker and an avid book reader.
