Job Description:
- Own & manage digital marketing channels
- Own complete P&L of the channel and formulate a data-driven strategy for business growth
- Execute the digital marketing plans to achieve these goals
- Experimenting & ramping up new channels
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in the formulation and execution of plans, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
Experience:
- 1-3 Years of Digital Marketing experience with expertise in one paid marketing channel
Qualifications/Desired Attributes:
Education: B.Tech/MBA from a premier institute
- Comprehensive understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem and digital properties
- High analytical & problem solving ability
- Hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes
- Hustler with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities
- High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
