Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital strategies across CRM, website management, SEO, mobile applications, and overall marketing initiatives. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital trends to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead planning, budgeting, and performance measurement of digital campaigns across all channels.
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
2. Website Management
- Oversee website performance, content updates, UX/UI improvements, and conversion optimization.
- Ensure website is SEO-friendly, mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and aligned with branding.
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content teams for ongoing enhancements.
3. CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform (In-house CRM) to improve customer journeys.
- Drive personalized communication strategies using email campaigns, segmentation, and automation.
- Leverage data to enhance lead nurturing, customer engagement, and lifetime value.
4. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Develop and lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Collaborate with content creators to align content with SEO best practices.
5. Mobile Application Marketing
- Define marketing strategies for app acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Optimize app store presence (ASO), coordinate push notification campaigns, and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with product and development teams for feature promotion and user feedback loops.
6. Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including sales, product, and IT.
- Foster a data-driven culture and encourage continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Computers, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in CRM management, SEO, website optimization, and mobile marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and SEO software.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Up-to-date with latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
