Looking for a Digital Marketing Head to design and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns for our high growth company based out Bangalore, India. You should have a proven track record in driving user acquisition and traffic for B2C brands. Must have deep understanding of online marketing tools, analytics and strategy.  Role & Responsibilities :   - Responsible for driving web traffic to increase sales utilizing a range of channels including SEO, Paid Search (PPC), Social Media, Display ads, affiliates, E-mail Marketing etc.  - Identify and implement website best practices that drive a best in class customer experience to improve marketing effectiveness, maximize conversion rates and grow the e-Commerce channel.  - Work closely with product team to develop and execute an effective digital marketing strategy.  - Own and execute on Social Media, Display Ads and Affiliates digital marketing channels.  - Lead & direct the digital marketing team  - Devise all campaign strategies, track and report on campaign performance and effectiveness and continuously optimize to drive better results.   - Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, marketing) towards timely and quality execution of marketing strategies  - Provide user experience, communication and creative inputs to product and design teams  - Work with marketing team for developing mass media campaigns.  - Deeply understand customer behavior, develop new customer insights via consumer research  - Continuously experiment with new technologies/offerings in the online marketing space to drive engagement and acquisition  Desired Experience and Skills :   Education : BTech / MBA from premier institutes  Years of Experience:5-8 years  Should have :  - Prior experience in a similar role driving user acquisition & customer  - Entrepreneurial mindset and be hands-on  - Very strong on problem solving skills and logical reasoning, extremely data driven. Able to track and report on marketing effectiveness and create numbers based marketing strategies.  - Minimum 6-8 years of digital marketing experience through all channels like SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display Ads, Affiliate marketing, Email marketing etc. Hands on experience of multiple channels is highly preferred.  - Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and industry best practices.  - Able to work customer backwards. Experienced with A/B testing.   - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
