Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing and Growth Manager will lead efforts to expand the brand's online presence, drive growth across digital channels, and optimize the customer journey to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging data analytics, growth marketing tactics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to meet ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the D2C space and has a proven track record in scaling brands through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive customer acquisition and increase lifetime value.
- Experiment with and scale new growth initiatives, including influencer partnerships, referral programs, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Identify and prioritize growth channels based on customer insights and competitive analysis.
Performance Marketing & Optimization:
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing, CRO, and multivariate testing on website and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor and adjust bids, ad placements, and targeting strategies to optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Customer Lifecycle & Retention Management:
- Develop and execute retention strategies, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and loyalty programs, to nurture leads and reduce churn.
- Oversee customer lifecycle campaigns that increase engagement and re-engage dormant users, using personalized and segmented messaging.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze and report on key metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, etc.) to understand growth patterns, customer behaviors, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage data from tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and share insights with leadership.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Partnership:
- Work closely with product, design, and customer support teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling assets and messaging for digital campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8-12 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of growth marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
- Demonstrated success with performance marketing, paid social, and influencer marketing.
- Proven ability to drive growth through a combination of data analysis, experimentation, and creativity.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
