As Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibility will be to develop and publish various Business reports to support management decision making on improving business strategy and implementing change in business model.
Your role will be to implement and monitor CRM tools to ensure smooth functioning of business objectives.
What you will do:
- Designing and implementing various MIS reports for publishing sales analytics.
- Publishing reports basis various sales matrix and sharing with salesforce team and management team.
- Supporting on Improving the data quality, monitoring performance and providing insights to the sales teams.
- Publishing reports on pipeline & the opportunities, wins, and losses recorded in the CRM systems.
- Coordinating with the Marketing Team on how to run successful campaigns, measuring ROI from these campaigns.
- Assisting the Tools & Technology Team in the automation of reporting through CRM systems.
- Conducting forecasting, and making recommendations on how the sales, marketing, and other teams should move forward.
- Taking overall accountability of process design, innovation and continuous improvement of the processes mandated with an end-to-end view to drive results on three parameters - Economy, Excellence & Ethics.
- Providing proactive, timely and actional analytics, with a focus on improving sales productivity highlighting trends and other key indicators
- Enhancing our capability to analyze and make sense of large data sets, presenting findings in a visually appealing manner that tells a data-driven story to drive decision making.
- Designing, Developing and supporting various daily, weekly, monthly reporting. Driving best practice sharing across the SBA team and each sales region
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Exp: 4 to 6 years
- Must have worked with large data sets in the past to clean up data, and draw meaningful insights.
- Highly numerate/ Statistical knowledgeable to work with numbers and can understand the data trend
- Ability to work with both business and technical communities
- Good to know, financial analysis/modeling to support the various teams on specific analysis projects.
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 8,00,000 to 10,00,000
