Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, marketplace promotions, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
- Content Evaluation: Collaborate with the creative team and provide them timely critical feedback for improvement of creatives - both static as well as video.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- SEO Optimization: Oversee and manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategies, content calendars and campaigns for engaging with the online community across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Email Marketing: Plan, execute and analyse email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer segmentation.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and product, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Masters' degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS. Familiarity with content management systems.
