- We are seeking a results-driven Associate Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize the Pay-Per-Click (PPC) team for specific categories.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring efficient budget allocation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Manage and lead the PPC team to execute and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising channels.

- Develop, implement, and oversee performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue goals.

- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, content, design, and category managers, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

- Plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) while minimizing cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

- Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising platforms.

Requirements:.

- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record of managing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and KPI achievement.

- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
