Job Description:
- As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the business goals of the company.
- Your primary focus will be on managing and executing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, SMS/WhatsApp, social media, search engines, and app-based marketing.
- You will work closely with the client organization to ensure that marketing plans effectively reach end users, particularly within a B2B2C context.
- Additionally, your role will involve optimizing the company's loyalty program as a core component of the value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring customers from the client database.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Product Promotion: Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote the products and services offered by the company.
- Tailor strategies to effectively reach both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Loyalty Program Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and execution with the company's loyalty program objectives.
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer retention and drive repeat usage, thereby increasing incremental revenue.
- Brand Awareness: Implement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the market.
- Utilize various digital marketing tactics to establish the company as a leader in its industry.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with client organizations to understand their needs and objectives.
- Align marketing plans to deliver value to both the client and end users, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and best practices.
- BFSI Experience (Optional): Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector is an added advantage, particularly in navigating regulatory requirements and industry-specific challenges.
- Martech Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, such as Netcore, and campaign mechanisms like AMP, Meta, and SEM/SEO.
- Ability to leverage these tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
