- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, ABM, email, marketing automation, social media, search and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities
- Working with content and design team to create strong and compelling content that drives engagement and action in each stage of a customer's digital buying journey as well as prospective employees.
- Drive Account Based Marketing programs and campaigns along with business marketing team tailored to key accounts to drive Integrated Lead generation using various channels (webinars, website, events, digital campaigns, email etc.)
- Working on SEO, A/B testing, website landing pages optimization, CRO (Conversion rate optimization) to continuously improve ROI and effectiveness of digital marketing
- Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages
- Planning, controlling, and reporting the digital marketing budget and spends for different channels
- Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns (ROI and KPIs) to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating weekly/fortnightly reports on the digital marketing portfolio
- Regularly monitoring user analytics on website and digital channels and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement
