Position Title : Digital Marketing Manager - Ad-tech Specialist

Department : Ecommerce

Location : Mumbai - Corporate Office

Reporting to : General Manager - E-commerce

Overview of the position:

- This role will play a critical role in supporting several functions relating to ad campaign setup, management and support.

- This position is a technical subject matter expert on digital ad server solutions, integrations, digital advertising technologies, and ad code implementation.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Demonstrates solid grasp technology and commercial trends within ad tech and specifically programmatic ad delivery

- Maximize reach and conversions of the ads.

- Exceed platform benchmarks.

- Build attribution and analytics models.

- Keep track of industry trends and best practices, which keeps the business at par.

- Understand and assist in re-marketing strategies with the Ecommerce team.

- Foster culture of quality and accuracy in ad operations.

- Tracks, measures, and analyzes the performance of order management system, targeting instructions and campaign assets as part of monitoring the accuracy of campaign launches

- Set, manage and train on process requirements for improved efficiencies (trafficking, tagging, and investigations).

- Work on improving existing ad stack, audience management and business relationships with all major agency platforms as well as major network partners.

Skills and Competencies:

- Prior eCommerce experience across one of the leading eCommerce ventures.

- Experience with architecting mobile and web ad tech solutions.

- Experience with A/B testing.

- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

- Proven experience with audience segmentation and targeting.

- Must possess the knowledge and available ad platforms in India.

- Good insight and report visualization/presentation skills

Requirements:


Educational Qualification: Btech/ Masters in Computer Science


Work Experience :

Industry Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and overall at least 5 years of experience.

- Must possess deep knowledge of Google Display Network

- Experienced within non-Google platforms like InMobi, Colombia Audience network, OLX, Hotstar AdServe

- Industry experience with Healthcare and Wellness sector will be considered.
