Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing various aspects of our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on performance marketing, SEO/SEM, lead management, social media management, and website administration. This position requires a good understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies to achieve our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies :
- Collaborate within the team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create detailed campaign plans outlining tactics and timelines to guide implementation and measurement.
Manage Performance Marketing Campaigns:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google AdWords, display advertising, and retargeting.
- Conduct keyword research, evaluate content copywriting and landing page optimization to maximize ad relevance and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) and leverage data insights to adjust strategies and allocate budgets effectively.
Coordinate SEO and SEM Efforts:
- Work closely with content writer & external agencies to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website.
- Conduct website audits, keyword analysis, and on-page optimization to enhance search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic, optimize keyword bidding, and improve ad performance.
Implement Lead Management Processes:
- Partner with the sales team and Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) to develop and implement lead management workflows that facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between marketing and sales departments.
- Work closely with the sales team and CRE to define lead qualification criteria, establish lead scoring models, and refine lead nurturing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Regularly sync with the sales team and CRE to review lead performance metrics, identify bottlenecks in the lead management process, and implement continuous improvements to enhance lead generation efficiency.
Maintain Social Media Presence & handle basic ORM:
- Collaborate closely with the content writer to develop compelling social media content calendars aligned with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Work in tandem with the content writer to create engaging social media content (posts, videos, graphics) tailored to target audiences across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Coordinate with the content writer to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all social media channels.
- Monitor all online platforms for mentions, comments, and messages, and collaborate with the content writer to promptly respond, engage, and foster community interaction and brand advocacy.
Coordinate Website Administration:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage website updates, content publishing, and user experience enhancements.
- Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to optimize website performance, conversion funnels, and user journey.
- Monitor website analytics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and implement data-driven improvements to enhance website effectiveness.
Agency Coordination:
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, or partners to execute social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
- Set clear goals and expectations, provide direction, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Foster productive working relationships with agency teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- PG Diploma in Digital Marketing is a must
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience (5 years) in digital marketing and social media management roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, lead management, and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with external partners.
- Results-driven mind-set with a passion for driving measurable impact and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Good to Have:
- Additional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification).
- Prior work experience in a media agency or social media management company.
- Exposure to creation and development of podcasts and/or video reels.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
- Experience managing international or multilingual digital marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience in the B2B industry.
- Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Experience with video marketing and Exposure of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
