Job Description - The Lead - Digital Marketing (Performance) role requires a strategic thinker who can drive ROI focused performance, retention and engagement marketing for the firm

Client Details: Our client is a leading video streaming platform in India

Description:

- Lead and managed the digital (performance) marketing team

- Driver new user acquisition, retention and engagement on the platform

- Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools

- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Profile:

- Candidates with 7 -10 years of total experience

- Only experience across eCom, OTT platforms, gaming and d2c set ups will be considered

- Has seen 0-1 journey

- Must have team handling experience
