A leading B2C startup is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who will lead the end-to-end campaign journey from initiation to execution along with sales enablement.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and strategize for demand generation campaigns using paid digital channels.
- Monitor KPIs and establish mechanisms to measure performance across different platforms.
- Execute A/B testing and find the elements for high-performing digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyse campaign outcomes and undertake regular performance report, based insights.
- Own, optimize and improve conversion rates across all digital marketing channels.
- Maintaining and grow company's LinkedIn and social media presence.
To fit the bill:
- 6+ years in running demand generation campaigns at global level.
- Build and execute comprehensive campaign strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills.
