Objective :
- Develop, execute, and evaluate a range of digital marketing programs that support organization in optimizing profitable revenue, achieving required business expansion/growth and in improving the Customer Experience
- Manage social media, CRM (Call Center) & ORM for the Brand. Develop campaigns and measurement metrics to achieve social media, CRM & ORM quantitative & qualitative KPIs
- Manage brand website, ensure user experience and navigation is as per brand guidelines
- Manage performance campaigns for lead generation and manage the digital funnel metrics
Description
1. Social Media (Joint Responsibility with Brand Manager)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
2. Roll out digital marketing programs as per budget
- Brief programs to agencies and thereafter ensure such programs are delivered on-time within corporate guidelines and within agreed budget.
- Maintain an accurate advertising and promotions budget control system showing at all times up-to-date spend versus budget.
3. Media Planning for digital campaigns (Joint Responsibility with Media Manager) -
- Identify where the targeted audience engages in the digital landscape
- Create campaign launch plan
- Use digital tracking to control the campaign and optimize the results
4. ORM & CRM
- Creating content in Social Media (Joint responsibility with Brand Manager) and Website and build positive online presence
- Improving content to make sure it shows up as high as possible in web search results
- Monitoring & Managing Call Center process to ensure Brand Experience and Guideline adherence
5. Website Maintenance
- Constant monitoring and Updation/improvements to Brand and Dealer websites in-line with set journeys and product/offer updates
