In this role you would:
- Create and execute integrated, digital advertising campaigns across PPC, SEM, affiliate, and display. Have accountability for the targets and results of these campaigns.
- Drive consumer acquisition, revenue growth and competitive advantage leveraging digital marketing expertise, rapid experimentation and data based decision-making.
- Work on projects end-to-end, from writing creative briefs and drafting digital content to driving execution and post-program analysis.
- Seek out and apply best practices from across the digital space to drive repeatable and affordable acquisition and growth.
We need candidates from top engineering (NIT, BITS, IITs, NSIT, DCE) or top B schools and preferred women candidates.
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with web analytics and testing.
- Digital marketing experience in eCommerce or consumer finance, especially within a regulatory environment
Desired Skills & Expertise:
You could be a fit if you have:
- Min. 1 year experience in online/digital acquisition (paid search, display advertising).
- A proven track record of creating acquisition strategies and executing digital campaigns across a multi-channel environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong business judgment, making timely decisions and meeting target results in ambiguous situations.
- Familiarity with brand concepts and ability to create and execute cost effective customer acquisition programs.
- Experience with A/B testing to identify highest performing customer segments, offers, content and campaigns and applying learning's across the business.
- Possess a hands-on mentality and the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- A record of outstanding work quality, productivity, problem solving, time management and collaborative teamwork.
