Making pro active digital pitches with the sales team for special days, QOPs.
- Proposing sustainable annual digital properties and post conversion monitoring the execution.
- Monitoring competition for digital work they doing for assigned brands and creating better proposals.
- Monthly review of pitches for the quality, conversion and feedback from sales
- Develop and manage the strategy and roadmap to drive sale/revenue through the direct channel as well as increase digital channel service usage to lower cost to serve.
- Design, manage and maintain the overall functional design of digital customer solutions and platforms
- Identify and manage external vendor relationships to deliver digital features/functionality as desired
- Effectively collaborate with key internal partners within Retail, Operations/IT, Legal/compliance and SMCC to meet Digital Channel goals
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of digital channel solutions on identified key performance indicators
- Manage roadmap to consistently enhance the digital channels and work with IT to develop an effective enhancement deployment schedule
