A large Indian conglomerate is looking for a Digital professional (Manager/AGM level).
The role is based out of Mumbai.
Job Description:
A dynamic Digital Lead to drive our initiatives and strategies. The Digital Lead will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital campaigns across various platforms. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of digital platforms, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead a team to achieve our business objectives
Responsibilities:
- Planning : Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Strategy Development: Manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Analyze: Analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholders' Management Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience: "Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in degitalization and automation , with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions."
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, etc.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage automation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: "Ability to diagnose and resolve complex automation issues efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization and troubleshooting."
- Communication and Leadership: "Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team."
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
