Role Purpose
- Create a digital first approach with all customer touchpoints.
- Plan and execute an engagement calendar for new / existing customers and channel partners.
- Using all facets of digital media (Social media marketing (SMM) campaigns, SEO, analytics create an ecosystem of predicting customer behavior. Predicting and plan activations that enhances market outreach
Key Responsibilities
- Devise approach plan to ensure all Digital Media Platforms (incl..social media) are optimized to attract and engage visitors.
- Help set and work towards achieving key performance indicators for Social Media that complement overall marketing and business objectives. (ex: Reach, likes/comments/shares, fans, followers, retweet, CPM and lead capture)
- Make recommendations to improve customer-experiences on all digital platforms by creating awareness around product, offers and brand offering
- Effort to integrate online and offline campaigns and provide support in the best possible way to help increase impact and reach the audience
- Help manage the marketing investment to drive the highest possible returns & low cost of acquisition in terms of the available target.
- Manage page/ media handles management tools to effectively achieve the highest ROI across platforms (mainly Facebook)
- Utilize optimization techniques to improve results achieved by various communication sets.
- Must be able to minimize CPM by increasing the quality of the communication and using appropriate topical hooks.
- Generate results report.
