Digital Innovation Leader - BI & Analytics - Pharma Firm

- Heading Digital Innovation Including BI & Analytics for the entire Pharma group.

- Creating Digital Innovation roadmap for each function within the Organization.

. Come up with use cases for Analytics and BOTs implementation, do cost benefit analysis and bring closure to the same.

- Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams; independently and proactively

- Identify KPIs for each department and get that onto dashboard

- Identify use cases for analytics and AI in each function, evaluate and get executed.

- Identifying use cases for BOTs and putting a roadmap with implementation.

- Lead the paperless factory initiative

- Add a plan to harness industry 4.0 and IIOT

- Drive Data first approach for each function.

Preferred Candidate Profile Requirements:

- Graduate Engineer / Sciences preferably with a MBA

- Experience range of around 12 to 17 years into Business Intelligence & Data Sciences, preferably from a Consulting background

- Data strategy, Data Analytics, SQL

- Data Science, AI & Big data

- BI & Visualization tools - Tableau Software

- IoT

- BOTs

- Exposure to RPA

- Technical Management, Stake holder management

- Ability to engage with C Suite Leaders and Other Operational Leadership members
