- Conceptualise and develop HR Technology architecture (E.g. - HRMS) basis market trends and business /functional requirements and ensure continuous evolution of the same basis insights through a robust feedback process from various stakeholders
- Leverage expertise to introduce market leading and futuristic technologies to the business and develop HR functional and technical knowledge within the group, ( E.g. - Query Resolution Chatbots , Sentiment Analysis Tools, etc.)
- Work on functional design, process design / conceptualizing ( including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing and training partnering with IT vendors to deliver technology services while minimizing costs/ processing time.
- Develop predictive / prescriptive analytical models to drive functional excellence in identified focus areas basis business prioritization . E.g. - Attrition etc.
- Review and evaluate the feasibility and cost-benefit analysis of introducing the HR technology in the organization; prepare business case for the same through primary and secondary research
- Work along with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key HR Business areas where AI/ML/RPA solutions can drive significant business benefit
- Assist in releasing RFP, vendor demos, vendor quotation comparison, negotiation finalisation of vendor contracts by coordinating with vendors & internal stakeholders
- Guide the team to address users' issues in a timely manner so as to minimize disruptions to business-as-usual activities
- Educate, communicate, and coach stakeholders, responsible for employee processes, to develop and adopt digital mindset and new capabilities in the consumerization of the employee experience
- Liaison between different stakeholders to develop and implement various reports and analytical dashboards based on business requirements and provide insights and action plan for course correction
- Estimate resource / budget requirements and effectively allocate resources for meeting the short and long term objectives of the business operations
Qualifications - BTech / BE in Computer Sciences and MBA in HR
Desired Experience :
- 15+ years of experience;
- HR work experience of diverse employee profiles (Tech, CX, Analytics) and business groups
- Hands on experience in HR analytics and change management
- Experience of handling at least one end to end digital HR Transformation in a large size organisation is desirable
