Position : Digital Head IT - Payment Bank  - The Digital channels lead is responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement and support of the Payment Bank's Digital banking products and services, and website presence.  This includes : Online banking, mobile banking, and integration with the Core Banking platform, and coordination of ancillary operational systems (ie. Cards, and Payment systems.)  - This position will advise and facilitate the technology projects of the payment Bank.  Key Responsibilities :  - Heading the Mobility, E-Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, POS, Payment Gateways, Kiosks, Mobile Wallet, Payment Systems, Card Insourcing, Digital Branches, SMS Banking, Cards and Switch.  - Responsible for delivering high class and cost effective digital channel technology platform with high class digital customer experience for Key consumer, small business, and middle market banking clients across the Payment Bank.  - Build meaningful and sustainable relationships with business teams across client segment managers, product, and sales and service support managers and other technology partners to optimize Web and Mobile Channels.  - Responsible for Digital, Mobile, Social & New Media IT Strategy and Business Innovations  - Defining the Digital technology strategy to support the business, informed by the business strategy, market trends, and the competitive landscape.  - Lead the execution and delivery of new digital initiatives as well as providing operational support for solutions in production.  - Managing a team of Business and System Analysts to achieve the Bank's objective across various digital banking channels such as Mobile/Tablet App, SMS, USSD, eCommerce and mCommerce.  - Handle IT Strategy, Portfolio Management, Vendor Management  - Project Management - Estimation and Project planning, resource management, scheduling and deliverables management  Desired profile of the candidate :  - Self-motivated, flexible, mature and articulate in speech and presentation.  - Excellent analytical skills, problem identification and solving skills.  - Highly innovative and results-oriented.  - Strategic leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive a team to execute and deliver business objectives.  - Business acumen and results orientation.  - Organisational awareness and commitment.
