Job Title: Digital Growth Marketing Manager.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in paid media, analytics, and digital strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.

- Ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.

Budget Management:

- Allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and performance.

- Track spending to ensure adherence to financial targets.

Optimization & Analytics:

- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and optimize for better results.

- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other performance tracking software for in-depth insights.

Customer Journey & Funnel Management:

- Analyze and improve the digital customer journey to increase conversion rates.

- Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance landing pages and ad creatives.

Collaboration & Team Coordination:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product, and sales, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

- Liaise with external agencies and vendors when required.

Market Research & Trends:

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and tools.

- Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Key Qualifications:

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

- A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

- Expertise in SEO and SEM strategies.

Soft Skills:

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.

- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.

- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
