- Lead the Digital growth for FASTag category and come up with various growth strategies and initiatives.
- Own P&L, strategy, End to end responsibility of the Customer experience and growth of the category
- Identification and Development of relationships with third party Digital partners
- Weekly and monthly tracking of category metrics to monitor goals and diving deep where needed to drive continuous improvement
- Planning and creation of Marketing calendar, aligning internal/external teams on the campaign execution. Monitoring the campaign and reporting against key metrics and ensuring loop closure on all construct requirements
Experience required -
- 3+ years of experience
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Led a category in its previous experience; FASTag or ecommerce vertical preferred
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to make and support decisions. High proficiency with Excel
- Smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative
- Bachelors degree; advanced degree in a business or marketing preferred
