Functional Competencies:

- TCL shall populate as per the existing grid

Key Decisions taken:

- Credit Strategy Formulation/Management specially digital and data analytics.

- Determine the scope and objectives of special credit-related projects and oversee their execution.

Credit Strategy Development:

- Digital initiatives pertaining to Digital assessment of proposals including scorecard framework and continuous upgradation of digital processes.

- Develop, implement, and refine credit strategies that align with the business goals and risk appetite of the organization for the mid corporate segment.

- Leading Digitization/automation of credit related processes

- Management of Various MIS and easing out MIS process.

Innovation in Credit Solutions:

- Drive innovation in credit solutions, including the introduction of new lending products or enhancements to existing products.

Special Projects Management:

- Lead and oversee special credit-related projects, which may include process improvements, digital initiatives, risk modeling enhancements, and strategic partnerships.

Credit Policy Enhancement:

- Formulate and update credit policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with best practices.

Risk Assessment Framework:

- Develop and enhance the credit risk assessment framework, leveraging data analytics and advanced modeling techniques to improve risk evaluation.

Credit Portfolio Analysis/Monitoring:

- Regularly analyze the performance of the credit portfolio, identifying trends, potential areas of concern, and opportunities for optimization.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on market trends, industry dynamics, and emerging risks that could impact the mid corporate portfolio, and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure that all credit activities and projects comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with sales, relationship management, and product teams to provide credit expertise in deal structuring and client negotiations.
