Digital Content Writer - 3-5 Years- Bangalore

We are in search of a talented digital content writer with between 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally with a global background in creating engaging website content. Strong communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiating and strategize content creation, from researching and gathering information to developing content briefs with stakeholders.

2. Collaborating closely with stakeholders through interviews and draft reviews to approve optimized content, including prototypes in Figma.

3. Handling day-to-day stakeholder requests, focusing on editing and optimizing new web content within Workfront.

4. Ensuring each piece of content aligns with the appropriate brand tone and style.

5. Understanding the design and functionality aspects of content, aiming to serve the audience effectively and drive lead conversion by delivering timely and relevant information.

6. Supporting content audits across all Gallagher domains to evaluate effectiveness, propose improvements, and explore new opportunities with stakeholders.

7. Utilizing Google Analytics, search trends, business insights, interviews, and UX research findings to enhance and expand content across digital platforms.

8. Collaborating with project teams to oversee content workflow and ensure accuracy throughout the editing and proofing stages, from inception to publication.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years working alongside digital marketing teams and stakeholders.

2. Fluency in both US and UK English, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with Sales and Marketing professionals at all levels.

3. Previous experience as a content developer in B2B, insurance, or risk management sectors is advantageous.

4. Strong digital proficiency, specializing in content creation for global websites. This includes generating new content, optimizing for SEO, selecting typography styles, and meticulously proofreading in preview environments to enhance engagement and drive leads.

5. Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with digital teams, as well as marketing and sales stakeholders.

6. Proficient in using various tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Figma, Smartsheets, Trello, and Workfront. Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Usertesting.com, Hotjar, and Qualtrics is preferred.
