- Advisory experience supported by experience (operations, transitions, transformation) in F&A, Procurement kind of back office functions. Exposure to Shared Services is a must as also outsourcing/ offshoring

- Role will involve selling (solution selling), engagement delivery (leading teams/ individual assignments as well) and client management. If and when world opens up - there will be travel

- Person should be able to engage clients in credible conversations and have experience based ideas/ case studies to make the conversations meaningful

- Should have ability to - roll up- the sleeves and get hands in tactical engagement delivery activities like documentation, process assessments, data analysis, report drafting, team mentoring/ reviews

- Should have a good understanding of how shared services or any other operational cost centers work - budgeting, service management, staffing and must be able to create business case simulation in support of the solutions being proposed.
