Digital Campus Services - Project Manager - Data Analytics

Job Description:

- Business Analyst for Analytics engagement is expected to bring strong analytical capability, with domain expertise in ERP.

- This role involves analyzing business problems, adherence to delivery timelines, creation and delivery of presentations/documents/reports to stakeholders

Responsibilities:

- Thinking strategically about the uses of data and how data use can benefit or impact business outcomes.

- Formulate business problems, understand Speech/Text mining solutions and provide results & recommendations

- Provide client with status reports, business benefits on initiatives and activity road map aligned to broad project plan

- Work with the Business Operations teams to implement upon the recommendations and achieve the Business Objectives

- Hands-on in the data management and data analysis tasks

Other responsibilities include:

- Timely delivery (coordinating with onsite/ off-site team depending on the need) of the project Ensuring high quality deliverable and smooth day-to-day operations of projects

- Resolving all project-related client and team issues

- Adherence to all compliance requirements.

- Supporting Account Managers in ensuring continuous project engagement with the client

- Providing inputs to the delivery manager
