- Responsible for the revenue generation in a key accounts within a geographic area or market.
- Is responsible to go and meet all Large Group/Chain of school, college, Training and Coaching institutes to give presentations and negotiating bulk deals
- Exploring new avenues to create and awareness and generating leads.
- Participating in various sales promotional events and exhibitions to increase the reach
- Under general direction, develops and implements sales strategies for targeted key accounts in a plan, a territory, or a specified geographic area.
- Very knowledgeable of complete line of products and services and clients' issues and needs.
- Generally develops business with key or named accounts
- Typically requires at least five years of experience in sales including advanced knowledge of or previous work within the industry.
- Managing tight TATs to connect to prospects by way of calls/meetings
- Ensure a steady pipeline of prospects that are being worked on at any point in time
- Target a minimum number of meetings with prospects in a day
- Create and generate ideas to engage on one to many platforms with prospects
- Brand promotion activities
- Judge the budget & expectation of niche client and differentiate the offer as per requirement
- To proactively identify sales opportunities and develop supporting programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- To integrate sales programs to support marketing and financial goals and programs
- To perform and excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and to take a positive team approach to working with industry and government partners.

Desired skills
- The successful candidate will have 10 plus years of applicable experience in a Corporate / Direct/ Institutional Sales environment and at least 7 years of management experience leading professionals. A strong background in Sales and Marketing. Additional experience of IT ERP sales is considered a plus, especially experience sales of Educational software.
- Must have integrity, fortitude, and credibility complimented by a bias for action, strong sense of accountability, and highly developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates the professional maturity necessary to gain the confidence of senior executives.
- Skilled at synthesizing disparate ideas and concepts and effectively merging toward a shared vision. Must have a highly collaborative nature and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Must be a dynamic leader, strong strategic thinker, pragmatic in approach to achieving results, and have proven communication skills, including the ability to positively direct and motivate staff and internal partners.
- Strong communication skills (business writing, presentations, and interpersonal) Ability to work with executive level clients and stakeholders and to lead others.
- Minimum 10+ years sales and marketing related.

- Must be experienced at facilitating and developing cross-functional relationships and in still that skill in teams.
