Revenue maximization through Ad sales/Print Sales/Event Sales
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals towards revenue generation for the team.
- Prepare client proposals & presentations along with the CMO and National Sales head
- Lead the telemarketing team for lead generation and query handling
- Responsible For Handling all events, exhibitions, Road shows at HO, Region and Area Levels
- Handles all inquiries from media and public.
- Offers counsel and guidelines to management for dealing with the media and advises departments seeking publicity in support of products and marketing efforts.
- Oversees all aspects of both internal and external communications for the organization. Responsibilities include advertising/marketing, media relations, creative editorial and design services, and internal communications.
- Counsels and communicates with top management on communication policy, media relations issues, and advertising programs.
- Responsible for researching and writing major speeches and other sensitive materials for top management, including the CXO's.
- Develops original approaches, incorporating management philosophies, and composes material appropriate to both speaker and audience.
- Writes and edits departmental publications and monthly news magazines. Counsels internal clients on editorial matters.
- Works with other units in executing projects and programs.
Reports to a CMO.
Desired skills
- The successful candidate will have 5 plus years of applicable experience in a Sales environment. A strong background in Core Marketing.
- Requires a knowledge of the business and excellent writing and editorial skills.
- Requires the ability to manage multiple projects and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a highly collaborative nature and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
