Job Overview:

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its digital services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and strategically expanding the agency's digital footprint. The role will focus on generating revenue by selling digital marketing and public relations solutions to clients, alongside company's traditional PR services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:

- Identify, target, and approach potential clients across industries for digital PR and marketing services.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

- Work closely with the leadership team to develop business proposals and presentations that highlight the agency's digital capabilities.

2. Digital Strategy & Solutions Selling:

- Understand client needs and create customized digital PR and marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, online reputation management (ORM), and more.

- Collaborate with the internal digital team to propose end-to-end solutions that align with the client's business objectives.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and educate potential clients on the value of digital services.

3. Relationship Management:

- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing consultation to optimize their digital strategies.

- Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing the execution of campaigns and monitoring results.

4. Revenue Growth & Sales Targets:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing new business deals.

- Manage contract negotiations and oversee the onboarding of new clients.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:

- Collaborate with the traditional PR team to cross-sell digital services to existing PR clients.

- Work with creative, digital, and PR teams to deliver integrated communication strategies for clients.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance Concept PR's visibility in the digital space.

Key Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in an agency setting.

- Proven experience in selling digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.) to diverse industries.

- Demonstrated success in generating leads, acquiring clients, and achieving revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills:

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
