Following is the Job Synopsis :

- Proven ability to lead complex analytical projects for Large customer base

- Proven expertise in high impact projects in CRM & Analytics

- Exhibit highest standards of ownership & accountability for all projects / initiatives from the site

- Continuously interact with Regional RBB teams, develop a line of sight in to all RBB related projects/ initiatives across regions, adopt learning & recommend adoptions as & when required

- Relevant experience in analytics covering financial products & customers, market research, business strategy and/or consulting.

- Be able to quickly translate business problems to an analytical solution based framework

Other Requirements:

- Great interpersonal skills & be able to interact with senior stakeholders independently

- Adobe analytics is mandatory
