Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse, Plan and Execute communication campaigns for various stages of the customer lifecycle, optimization tests and user acquisition campaigns through in-app notifications, SMS & other media channels.
- Analyse campaign data and translate them into actionable results to drive our strategy for the future
- Churn actionable insights from data provided by various tools viz. google/ firebase analytics, moengage etc.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B testing of creative, consumer cohorts and campaign ideas.
- Communicate outcomes and learnings with peers and business stakeholders
- Run advertising campaign in Digital - Social/ SEM/ AdWords/ FB Ad Manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in (growth/CRM/mobile) marketing, user acquisition or a related field
- Experience with tools such as MoEngage, Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Leanplum, Amplitude, Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Hands on with Google Analytics/ Firebase Analytics, churning data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, Taboola, Outbrain
- Creative problem-solving, analytical and detail-oriented approach to your work
- Self-reliant, driven and proactive attitude
