Job Description
Skill: Analyze website traffic, campaign traffic, social media traffic, offline sales data, markets share analysis and AdWords data.
- Be client's extended team and partner with their business teams to understand their business objectives, design apt solutions and aid in accomplishing their goals
- Provide expert knowledge of best practices, solution design, and ensure analysis and recommendations is met to the highest standard
- Being strongly analytically driven to come up with solutions and directions to the team
- Experience in putting together compelling solutions
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including the ability to clearly explain complex analytical topics to a wide audience
- Good team player and contributor.
- Positive attitude to deal with challenges and complexities, and understand digital eco-system
- Good working knowledge & understanding of different digital analytics and marketing and applications / tools (Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics / AdWords / Doubleclick / YouTube / Facebook, etc.)
- Familiar with Digital Marketing jargons and good understanding of different metrics and measurements which matters most to business
Requirements:
- Need to liaise with multiple teams (Analysis & Insights, Testing & Optimization, Advanced Analytics)and deliver compelling solutions, as per client's business requirement
- Understand customer requirement through discovery session; construct appropriate KPIs; create solution in-line with customer requirement
- Will be responsible for all the client communications and facilitating the meetings between different stakeholders (Media partners/IT team/Marketing teams/Ecommerce team)
- Responsible for learning continually and keep upgrading knowledge in the digital analytics domain to add value to our customers
- To analyze data and produce key actionable insights for client consumption at all levels
