Uncap is partnering with a leading media house for an Assistant Manager for Ad-Sales with a focus on events, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and coordinating advertising sales for events. This pivotal role involves client acquisition, relationship management, devising sales strategies, and executing plans to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate "advertising sales" for events on a day-to-day basis.
- Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Devise effective sales strategies tailored to event advertising.
- Execute plans to achieve revenue targets and ensure the profitability of events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in advertising sales and event management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the media and advertising industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications in sales or event management are a plus.
