JOB TITLE: Digital Acquisitions Manager
DEPARTMENT: E-BUSINESS
LOCATION: CHENNAI
1. BASIC JOB PURPOSE
The role exists to help the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) countries increase their Online customer acquisitions for asset based products (Cards, Personal Loans) as a part of the India based Center of Excellence (COE)
2. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
A) What are the primary responsibilities?
- Optimize the media channels (paid, owned, earned) to increase conversions
- Drive customer acquisition through digital campaigns & achieve sales targets
- Optimize and develop sourcing and fulfillment models to scale volumes at lower costs
- Conceptualize creatives & promotions with strong USPs to drive Internet sales
- Closely interact with the individual country E-Business teams and help optimize the sales funnel
B) What are the Secondary responsibilities?
- Interact with the India E-Business team and share the best practices across the focus countries in the EMEA region
- Monitor market trends, digital marketing innovations and showcase success stories from other countries to share it with your designated countries
- Prepare acquisition strategy decks, and share the performance/challenges with the region on a monthly basis
- Coordinates with country’s Sales & Distribution fulfillment channels in collaboration with individual country E-Business teams and optimize funnel conversions constantly

1. Acquisitions - Assisting the country teams in Driving internal & media campaigns to source new business online
2. Marketing Budget management
- Ensure sourcing costs are within the budgets approved by the country/region
3. Vendor Management
- Assist the country teams in vendor management for creative development, media buying and portal optimization efforts
4. What does this position impact in terms of business/unit/function and how?
- Direct sourcing of new business and contribution of revenue for Asset products. Increasing the contribution of digital channel to the overall booking numbers for each focus country.
5. SKILLS & PROFILE
- MBA Graduate from tier- 1 B-school.
- Highly sales driven & proactive work ethic to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
- Strong analytical skills to develop acquisition forecast and marketing models.
- Ability to get things done and have a detail oriented mindset
- Great people skills to negotiate & influence business associates and media agencies
- Understanding of Internet marketing models in Display & Search (Yahoo, Google, Social Media)
