Role: Sales Leader

The company is building software platforms and products to power business processes, to go paperless and digital in order to bring down cost overheads, time involved in erstwhile offline business processes, thereby being instrumental in increasing operational efficacy and human productivity along with enabling presence-less digital reach and super rich end user experience.

Digio is the market leader in India for Digital onboarding and has played a key role so far in enabling Digital Transformation in India by empowering a large part of the Indian eco-system specifically Fintech sector of India.

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

40%:

(a) Managing a team of 6-8 product sales managers and 3-4 Inside Sales Executives

(b) Creating a vertical-wise sales roadmap with clearly defined Revenue, P&L and Strategic value

(c) Defining the sales goals

(d) Mentoring, guiding the sales team achieve their goals and monitoring the processes and progress

(e) Reviewing account wise product usage metrics by account with the sales team

50%:

(a) Responsible for new key account sales (key account size > 1-5 cr. INR in 12-18 months)

(b) Responsible for high customer account retention metrics

(b) Arriving at Cross-sell and Up-sell potential by account and working with the sales team to increase the size of the account

(c) Interacting with CXOs and Product/Business heads of customers

(d) Spearheading the outbound sales initiative for the company, across product lines

(e) Engaging with prospective customers, distribution channels, system integrators

10%

(a) Work with Product Marketing team to take up new proven use cases (post pilot) to scale it up

(b) Work with Product Management and Product Marketing to crystalline scaling up of new use cases

(c) Work with champion customers to understand new requirements, problem statements and work with Product Management team to translate the same to business and functional requirements

You are:

(a) Your customer's voice and champion within the organization. You are a person with high empathy for the customer

(b) A proven B2B SaaS or Product sales leader with demonstrated abilities to lead a team and proven highly target oriented sales leader

(c) Analytical and articulate with excellent written and spoken skills. Great presentation skills

(d) A person who builds, values and nurtures relationships

(e) A proven sales executive with 8-10 years experience in Outbound B2B Software Product Sales

- Past product sales experience in Banking & Finance industry preferred

- Management consulting work experience, is a plus
