Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the internal teams in defining and shaping the content strategy for the organization and support their top of the funnel creation plan by enabling new leads as well as supporting the lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Build and manage a content calendar to design, create and promote high quality written and visual content for blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, email newsletters, case studies, webinars, etc and ensure that the content produced aligns with the company's overall vision
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments and create pre- set target-based amount of content resources each month to drive traffic, leads, revenue, subscribers, and awareness
- Build and manage periodic (Monthly) product level updates as well to the stakeholders ( Eg:existing Customers)
- Ensuring right PR strategies are devised and implemented based on the business requirement
You would be the right fit if you have:
- 1+ year of prior experience in a similar role
- Strong grasp on English language, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and good with handling tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in order to deliver results from the existing campaigns & future campaigns.
- Abstract thinker. You enjoy quirky, edgy communication and know-how to keep things concise and crisp.
- Understand what makes people tick and can frame communications to capitalize on that.
- See constructive criticism as an opportunity to write even better content and can appreciate well-communicated feedback.
- You're up to date with the latest trends in communication and social media; you feel particularly satisfied when you can capitalize on these trends.
- Quick Learner, work (and play) hard, and are not afraid of a challenge
- Basic understanding of the Product & Tech is must
- Prior experience in the BFSI space or with a fintech company (Preferred)
