We are looking for an experienced India Country Head to lead and manage the India operations of a Global Capability Center (GCC), overseeing 300-400 employees across enterprise applications like Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and custom-built solutions.

The role involves driving strategic execution, operational excellence, and solution delivery, while also implementing a Return to Office (RTO) strategy to maintain engagement and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the India GCC, ensuring seamless alignment with global business and technology objectives.

- Oversee operations for Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and custom applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Define and implement governance frameworks, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks.

- Own end-to-end solution delivery for enterprise and custom applications, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.

- Drive automation, process optimization, and standardization across all platforms.

- Lead the application support and enhancement teams, ensuring high availability and service excellence.

- Align business needs with technology investments, optimizing cost, scalability, and user experience.

- Mentor and develop a 300-400-member team, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric culture.

- Implement and drive the Return to Office (RTO) strategy, ensuring compliance, productivity, and employee engagement.

- Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to measure solution delivery effectiveness and operational excellence.

- Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation for efficiency and scalability.

- Engage with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with global IT governance and security policies.

- Collaborate with HR and Facilities teams to enhance the workplace experience for a smooth RTO transition.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 20+ years of experience in technology operations, solution delivery, and GCC leadership roles.

- Proven expertise in managing Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and custom applications in a global organization.

- Strong experience in solution delivery, project governance, and large-scale technology implementations.

- Demonstrated experience in implementing and driving a Return to Office (RTO) strategy.

- Deep understanding of enterprise applications, IT operations, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong people management experience, with a proven ability to drive engagement and performance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost optimization.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

- Experience in enterprise applications strategy, implementation, and enhancement.

- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), change management, and automation strategies.

- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence global decision-making
