Job Overview:

- We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.

Budget Management:

- Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Monitor budget performance and provide insights to management on financial performance.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the financial stability of the organization.

- Develop strategies for cash flow optimization and management.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team skills.

Risk Management:

- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.

- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.

Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e. , CPA, CFA) preferred.

- 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
