About the Role: We are seeking experienced Business Development Professionals to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales.
Candidates must possess a strong understanding of IT services (Web solutions, Mobile Apps, SaaS Products, digital marketing and related tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3-5 Years of Selling IT & Digital Services
- Sales Target: Proven track record of closing over - 1Cr in annual sales through IT & Digital Services across different industries.
- Meetings: Track record of in-person or online meetings with clients for closure.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and business opportunities.
- Education: (CBSE/ICSE + B.Tech or B.E.) is a must.
- MBA is an add-on.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. (Expect a Written Test)
- Network: Existing database of connections from different industries.
- Tools: MS Excel, MS PPT/Google Slides/Keynote, Lusha or Apollo IO or zoominfo or any other sales tool.
- Travel: Willing to travel PAN INDIA
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and Prospecting Opportunities: searching for potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Customize pitches according to client requirements utilizing a deep understanding of Digital Marketing and related tools.
- Conduct effective cold calling activities within the domestic or international market.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets within assigned territories/accounts .
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales activities and performance.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
