Location: Noida

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

- Mode: Hybrid ( though person will be working from Home however should be comfortable to visit Office when required , may be once or twice in 2 weeks that too in general IST zone shift)

Workdays: 5

Mandate Requirement:

- Since this is a niche requirement, Please apply only if you are someone who is having an exposure into selling AI solutions and services (AI Chatbot services could be a plus).

- Understanding of AI used business cases across different industries is preferred.

Job Description:

- Making/doing cold calls and Lead generation (B2B clients).

- Should have experience in qualifying prospects and target audiences.

- Perform extensive research to qualify contacts for lead creation purposes.

- Obtain and generate leads and set new meetings with prospective US clients in the IT field.

- Make cold calls to leads generated from trade shows, networking, strategic accounts, prospective clients, etc.

- Manage the entire new business development pipeline from initial sales call through closure.

- Build and manage relationships with a target list of direct clients and partners at all levels - "C" level, as well as operational/managerial levels.

- Assist in building a client base of qualified contacts.

- Maintain performance standards and increase the pipeline for future business.

- Assist with the management of client accounts by attending/shadowing meetings, sending correspondence, and/or communicating with clients and resolving any issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor/Masters degree in Business or related field preferred.

- Social networking sourcing skills preferred Strong internet skills including a variety of web-based applications.

- Strong MS Office experience and strong problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills Increased level of business knowledge.

- Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation, and time-management skills.

- Must be comfortable with cold-calling and engaging people.

- Experience dealing directly with decision-makers and comfortable with negotiation

- Must be comfortable working night shifts.

- Proven sales record of accomplishment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e. g. Salesforce)
