About the role:
Regional Sales Manager is a core person who will upscale business on the Tatvacare platform. The person will be responsible for the business growth and majorly driving product adoption for making the consultation platform an obvious choice for doctors.
What you will do:
- Be the face of Tatvacare consultation platform in the region and an ideal leader for the team.
- Responsible for leading the Doctor Acquisition (Lead Management to Customer Success) channel in the assigned region.
- Building and leading a strong sales and service teams of 15+ people.
- Passion first approach in achieving the targets and preparing the team for an inspiring MOM growth by DAU and MAU performance.
- Analyzing market specific requirements and coordinating with cross functional teams for improving the quality of product.
- Be a major stakeholder in product evolution.
- Stay in constant touch with all the Doctors using the platform, by meeting them physically.
What you should have:
- Qualifications - Any graduate.
- Total of 7 to 12 years of Sales/BD experience with a minimum of 2 Years of leadership work-ex, who can lead the team from forefront.
- Prior exposure/work-ex in Healthcare/Health Tech products is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Best in Client account and Relationship management skills.
- Target Obsessed and passion driven contributor.
- Be the front runner in taking up futuristic responsibilities.
- Apart from all the above, if you hate working from home/bench and love being on field, you are on the right track.
