- Recruitment's for Lantern Health Services for the IT side (Web Development) of the business.
- Sourcing with a focus on driving referrals & direct sourcing.
- Support Current HR for the identified region by leveraging resources available and making changes to suit the local nuances:
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and trust (country managers, sales leads and operations leads) and support them with their talent needs
- Focus on retention and pro-actively build mechanisms to manage talent risk
Skills:
- Self-starter with a focus on getting things done with the resources available
- Strong HR business partnering experience in a fast paced distributed organization (start-up/tech company with a very young workforce)
- Some experience in a sales driven organization will be useful
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence without authority
- Ability & comfort to work in an unstructured environment
- Some consulting experience will be very valuable
Salary Range: 6-14 LPA
