SEO & Website Management:

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure an engaging and conversion-focused website experience.

Growth Marketing:

- Develop and execute growth-focused campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Analyze marketing funnels to identify and implement opportunities for optimization.

- Manage paid marketing campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media advertising.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for content and growth campaigns.

- Create detailed reports to share insights, successes, and recommendations for future strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Collaborate with product marketing to develop educational materials and promote new features.

- Mentor and manage junior team members or external agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company.

- Proven track record of creating and managing content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and content optimization tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
