Service Manager - South Asia
Scope:
- Coordinate Training and Compliance for all channel partners
- Perform and Mange Technical Activities and Support for all channel partners
- Perform and Manage Competitive product and market development research for enhancements and new product development
- Perform and Manage Collection of Customer Feedback and Subsequent evaluation and related ongoing activities
- Qualify and Perform Distribution Channel Management & Related ongoing activities
- Perform Importation and Business Management activities in designated regions
Qualifications:- BS or MS Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or similar Operational/Applied Science Discipline
- 5+ Years Medical Device Experience required
- Clinical Laboratory Device Field Service experience preferred
- Fluent English Written and Verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM
