Dhwani Rural Information Systems is a technology start-up, started in 2015 by two IRMA alumni (Institute of Rural Management, Anand) with a vision to provide affordable, integrated and smart ICT tools for NGO- s, Social enterprises, CSR/Corporates Foundations, Grant making bodies, Research Agencies and Government departments. We develop customized IT systems (Mobile apps, Web applications, MIS systems, Donor Reporting, ERP systems, Database management systems, IVRS (Voice) and SMS based applications) to streamline and automate organizations manual and inefficient data collection, data management and reporting systems.

Job Description :

- Engage in designing software requirement specs. Engage with communities, field staff, Technology head and CEO through field visits and client side meetings.

- Document organization key pain areas (KPA- s) and draw upon business requirement document with need analysis of the technology

- Design high level technology solution architecture with the client after factoring in their field challenges, client exposure to technology and availability of ICT infrastructure (network, connectivity, speed etc) at the project implementation location

- Coordinate with management and software developer team to prepare a blueprint of the technical solution addressing their KPAs. Draw upon wireframes and PPT wherever necessary.

- Oversee software development and provide go live support.

- Prepare project report, user navigation manual, documentation and other communication material related to the project.

- Gain theoretical and practical knowledge on various development sector subjects and government programs.

- Collaborate with organizations working in similar space.

- Participate in networking events/seminars/conferences/workshops.

- Contribute to the overall mission and growth of the organization
