Manager PMU- Education Volunteering About Dhwani: Dhwani Rural Information Systems is a social/development sector-focused advisory and consulting firm that develops IT applications for NGOs, government functionaries, CSRs, and international funding organizations to manage their projects and programs in India and abroad. We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple projects using our in-house IT platforms, mForm and mGrant, for CSR grant management and M&E requirements of clients. The Associate Project Manager will work under the guidance of the Project Manager, but may also be responsible for independently leading a project as needed. Job Overview: - We are currently in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and management of engaging programs that involve professionals visiting classrooms to share insights into their careers, fostering meaningful discussions, and serving as a source of inspiration for students. - As a Program Manager, your contribution will be instrumental in shaping and executing programs designed to inspire and educate students about the careers of the future. Your meticulous planning and execution skills will play a crucial role in connecting professionals with classrooms, creating a valuable bridge between industry experts and student's eager to explore various career paths. In this this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the Portal and facilitating engagement with NGO partners and volunteers. - This position combines operational excellence, data management, and strategic planning to enhance the program's effectiveness and efficiency. Program Strategy Development and Execution: - Develop and execute the overall program strategy for the program, including identifying target audience, defining goals and objectives, and creating a timeline for implementation. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Collaborate with stakeholders - non-profits, service providers, marketing agencies and technology providers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the program. 3. Operations Management: - Manage the day-to-day operations of Class Chats, including scheduling, moderating and tracking participant engagement. 4. Project Monitoring: - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines. - Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact project delivery. 5. Communication Facilitation: - Facilitate effective communication between team members, departments, and stakeholders. 6. Calendar Management: - Create and maintain a calendar for Class Chats, ensuring a diverse range of topics and engaging content. 7. Community Engagement: - Collaborate with community organizations and schools to promote Class Chats and reach out to potential participants. 8. Data Analysis: - Analyze program data and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of Class Chats, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 9. Stakeholder and Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain relationships with participants, educators, and community partners to foster ongoing engagement and support. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, and internal and external stakeholders. Communicate program progress, challenges, and milestones to the client in a transparent and timely manner. 10. Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare and present regular status reports to client's leadership and stakeholders. Essential Requirements: 1. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. 2. Organizational and Project Management Skills: - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 3. Passion and Desire: - Passion for education and technology and a desire to inspire and empower students. 4. Sector Experience: - Experience in education, technology or non-profit sector is an advantage. 5. Online Program Experience: - Experience in developing and executing online programs is an advantage. Education: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline. - 5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2 years in program management. - Experience working with IT platforms and software solutions is a plus.
