Job Overview:

Are you someone who can develop new relationships and nurture old relationships with CXOs in NGOs, CSRs, Consulting firms, Philanthropic organizations? Do you like thinking on the go and co-creating IT solutions to address challenges faced by non-profit sector organizations? You should have had prior experience in developing & nurturing leads from fundraising initiatives or sales & marketing initiatives and meeting sales quotas. Your Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients and understand the key challenges at organization level, program level and process level

- Be the product and solutions champion of our enterprise customers in SAAS, custom solutions offerings.

- Demonstrate the value of the product/platform/solution through detailed proposals, presentations, demos, POC, and requirement-gathering workshops.

- Create customized solution pitch for the customers with your deep understanding of Dhwani RIS's product offerings.

- Work closely with the sales team in delivering world-class product proposals and presentations for customer pursuit.

- Engaging customers through the entire engagement lifecycle from the initial requirement discussion, trial, solutioning, proposal writing and onboarding phase.

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams like Enterprise Sales Leaders, Product teams, Customer Success teams, and external partners.

- Working closely with the leadership team on proposals and pitches for business.

- Schedule meetings with client teams and acting as a solution expert.

- Replying to customers' follow-up requests for information and proposal requests

- Organize virtual and physical events to generate leads and increase awareness of our solutions

- Manage sales pipeline effectively through CRM software

- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales target vs achievement reports and present to company leadership

Skill Set/ Experience we require:

- MBA or Post Graduation in rural management or social sector, preferably from a premier institution

- Graduation in IT/Computer Science/Data analytics/Statistics/Economics/Mathematics or related domain

- 4-8 years' experience of working in social sector with good understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, grant management lifecycle and field operations of a non-profit organization

- Experience in pre-sales function in IT/Product/Tech4Good companies will be an added advantage

- Exposure to basics of software development lifecycle and data analysis tools like Power BI/Google Data Studio etc

- Basic understanding of how software works (frontend, backend, API, database schema, etc.)

- Experience of working on off the shelf software solutions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.

- Experience in delivering world-class product proposals and presentations

- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams like Enterprise Sales Leaders, Product teams, Customer Success teams, and external partners.
