DHL - Consultant - Transport Solution Design

This job is with the Global Solution Design Center at Mumbai.

Must Have - Atleast 3-4 years of relevant experience in solution design profile (transport / route / freight optimization etc.) with Masters / Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management

During the role you are expected communicate with Regional Solution Designers and work on Solution Design Tasks which may consist of the following

- Transport RFQs

- Network Analysis and Optimization

- Simulation

- Data Analysis

- Routing

Role Purpose

- Lead/Support Global Solution Design project

- Client (internal) & stake holder management

- Ensure high level of service quality and internal customer satisfaction

Key Tasks, Accountabilities and Responsibilities

- Manage/Support Projects related to Supply Chain Business Analysis in area of Solutions for Global Customer

- Setup defined Transport Solutions based on Customer data Profile

- Design and evaluate multiple Supply Chain Scenarios Solutions specific to Customer Requirements

- Preparation of results with internal/external customer

Requirements for the Job

Functional Experience (must have)

- Transport solution background

- Network Design and Planning

- Exposure of working on transport design tools (Llamasoft-SCGx, Paragon, Workwave)

- Expert level knowledge of MS Excel is a must

- Knowledge of BI Tools like PowerBI or Tableau would be an added advantage

- Able to understand & interpret complex data and Solutions

- Understanding of Transport Routing

- Analysis and visualization of Transport data
